Dublin Branch: Practical and ‘prêt-a-porter’ REVISION IDEAS

April 26, 2023 @ 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

With 7 weeks left of term, the focus for most has turned to revision.  On that theme, the Dublin Branch is delighted to invite you to a webinar hosted by Biology and Chemistry Teacher Dr. Lisa Shine who will present some practical and ready-to-use revision ideas for both junior and senior cycle students. This Webinar will take place on Wednesday 26th April at 7 pm.
Talk Description
Come and hear about some revision ideas for science, and use them in your science classroom tomorrow! In this webinar, you will be presented with a variety of revision and assessment techniques, most of which can be used in both Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate Science classes. From digital forms of assessment to games that test students’ knowledge, to the more focused types of revision that students look for in the lead-up to exams, this webinar will equip you with some strategies for engaging students as you assess their scientific knowledge and revise material in these last few weeks of the school year.
