Technical issues
The ISTA regrets that technical difficulties are being experienced by some members with the online membership database. It applies in particular to those who renewed their membership last November.
Your membership appears internally to us and is secure, but some members are currently unable to access the members area of the website. If you are a paid up member and you experience difficulties with accessing the members area, please report this problem to John Lucey (JLucey@ucc.ie) who is liaising with the company maintaining the website and he will forward your e-mail to this company on your behalf. This is not a PayPal issue as your membership can be verified internally so your payment is secure. Again our apology, we appreciate your patience and understanding and hope that this issue will be rectified asap.
